Request to Appear Before the Council

The Local Food and Farm Council values the voices of our community, including farmers, fishers, individuals, and organizations. Those wishing to appear before the Council must submit a formal request using the form below

Review Timeline

Requests must be submitted at least two (2) weeks prior to a scheduled Council meeting. This allows the Council sufficient time to review requests and finalize the agenda.

Notification

You will be notified of the Council’s decision no later than one (1) week before the scheduled meeting date.

Important Notice

Submission of this form does not guarantee approval to appear.
The Council reserves the right to accept or decline requests at its discretion.
Approved presenters will be contacted with meeting details, time allotments, and participation guidelines.
Presentations are limited to a maximum of 20 minutes, followed by questions from Council members.
