Upcoming Milestones:

We are now entering the critical phase of the review process. Here’s what to expect in the coming months:

  • May 31, 2024:The closure of the PPP Funding Application process marks a pivotal milestone in our mission to support the growth and sustainability of our agricultural and fisheries sectors.
  • PPP Funding Application Review and Selection Subcommittee:The dedicated subcommittee members will evaluate all received applications.

Review Period:

As we transition into the review period, your applications will be meticulously assessed to ensure the most deserving projects are selected. Here are the details:

  • June 1 to July 31, 2024:The review and selection process will occur during this period.
  • Thorough Evaluation:Each submission will undergo detailed and thoughtful consideration to identify projects that align with our mission and have the potential to drive significant positive change within our territory.
  • Careful Assessment: Every application will be meticulously evaluated to ensure the best outcomes for our community and sectors.
  • Funding Agreement:Successful applicants must review and adhere to the LFFC Funding Agreement and provide additional documentation as requested.

Results: 

After the review period, timely communication is our priority. Here’s how we will keep you updated:

  • Notification of Application Status:Following the conclusion of the selection process, all applicants will receive timely notifications regarding the status of their grant applications. This notification will include whether the application has been approved, is under further consideration, or has yet to be selected.
  • Detailed Feedback:For applicants who have yet to be selected, we will provide constructive feedback to help improve future submissions. This feedback will include specific strengths and areas for improvement identified during the review.
  • Next Steps for Successful Applicants:Those approved for funding will receive detailed instructions on the next steps, including the timeline for fund disbursement, requirements for the LFFC Funding Agreement, and any additional documentation needed.
  • Ongoing Communication:We recognize the importance of clear and prompt communication and pledge to keep you informed throughout this process. Regular updates will be provided via email and our online portal to ensure you are always aware of your application’s status and any necessary actions.
