Ingredients:
- 4 oz Lemongrass
- 1 Whole Ginger Root (approx. 4 oz)
- 4 oz Rock Balsam
- 2 Whole Cloves
- 3 oz Agave (or 1 cup brown sugar)
- 2 tbsp Lime Juice
Instructions:
- Bring a gallon of water to a boil in a large pot.
- Add lemongrass, rock balsam, ginger root, and cloves to the boiling water.
- Allow the mixture to simmer for 15-20 minutes to infuse the flavors.
- Remove the pot from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Strain the mixture to remove the solids.
- Stir in lime juice and agave (or brown sugar) to sweeten the tea according to your taste preferences.
- Chill the tea in the refrigerator until cold.
- Serve the Virgin Island Iced Tea over ice, garnished with a slice of lime.
