Virgin Island Iced Tea

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Bring a gallon of water to a boil in a large pot.
  2. Add lemongrass, rock balsam, ginger root, and cloves to the boiling water.
  3. Allow the mixture to simmer for 15-20 minutes to infuse the flavors.
  4. Remove the pot from heat and let it cool slightly.
  5. Strain the mixture to remove the solids.
  6. Stir in lime juice and agave (or brown sugar) to sweeten the tea according to your taste preferences.
  7. Chill the tea in the refrigerator until cold.
  8. Serve the Virgin Island Iced Tea over ice, garnished with a slice of lime.

Note:  Adjust the sweetness by adding agave/brown sugar according to your preference.
